Service Commitment

1.

We are registered with Ministry of Education (MOE), Singapore as a professional education centre to conduct academic and professional development courses for both local and foreign students. Course Brochures are produced with the approval of our allied university partners to ensure that courses offered are in line with courses information provided in the brochure. Consistent information is shown in brochures, website and publicity materials.

2.

Queensfield reserves the right, where appropriate, to include, delete or change any of the above-mentioned policies where appropriate

   
 

Tuition Fees, Non-tuition Fees, Additional Fees

3.

All our fees are reflected on the tuition fees, non-tuition fees and additional Fees table on the website. No discounts will be given unless during monthly promotions.

   
 

Application

4.

• A Non-Refundable Registration fees is accompanied with each application form submitted. Pls refer to Tuition Fees, Non-Tuition Fees, Additional Fees Table.

• All Financial Obligations must be fulfilled before any graduation documents can be released to the candidate.

• Application must be supported by certified true copies of all relevant documents. Failure to do so may result in rejection of application.

• Pre-requisite and requirements of the course has to be fulfilled before any acceptance is granted.

   
 

Payment Processing

5.

For Online payment, we only accept VISA, MASTERCARD through ENETS. For Offline payment, we only accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DINERS, AMEX, CASH, NETS, Bankdrafts and Cheques made payable to Queensfield Business School .

Queensfield is committed to the avoidance of over or undercharging. To ensure accuracy of charging, it is our policy to list clearly all course fees including total amount payable and its breakdown. There is NO Goods and Services Tax (GST) charged for all course fees.

   
 

Transfers and Withdrawals

7.

As a policy, we also allow an internal transfer that is, transferring form one course to another.

   
8.

If a student withdraws anytime 30 days after the date of course commencement, the following conditions must be fulfilled for refund of the tuition fee, if any, is to be considered:

•  Students must give at least one month notice in writing for all withdrawal requests.

•  Students with medical conditions or face genuine financial difficulties must support their claims with official documentary evidence to the school for consideration.

•  All requests pertaining to withdrawal matters are to be approved by the Manager. Any decision relating to refund of tuition fee arising from withdrawal shall be made at the sole discretion of the Manager and that shall be final. Upon which, the student concerned shall be informed in writing of the school's decision.

   
 

Confirmation of Admission

9.

A letter of offer or a student contract will be given to successful applicants within 24 hours upon approval. If the applicant is unsuccessful, a letter of Rejection will be sent to applicant.

   
 

Exchange & Refunds

10.

Refund policies stated here refers to Queensfield Proprietary Programs only. Refund policies for Degree Programs are governed by the respective overseas Universities and beyond the purview of Queensfield Business School .

Refund policies are governed by the Student Contract agreed and entered into between the institution and the student.

Tuition Fee Refund Policy

•  100% refund of tuition fees and deposit paid if the applicant's written notice of withdrawal is received more than 30 days before the commencement date.

•  90% refund of tuition fees if the applicant's written notice of withdrawal is received before but not more than 30 days before the commencement date.

•  50% refund of tuition fees if the applicant's written notice of withdrawal is received after but not more than 14 days after the commencement date.

•  30% refund of tuition fees if the applicant's written notice of withdrawal is received more than 14 days after the commencement date but not more than 30 days after the commencement date.

•  0% refund of tuition fees if the applicant's written notice of withdrawal is received more than 30 days after the commencement date.

Should a student decide to withdraw from the Course 30 days after the commencement date, the terms and conditions specified under Clause 8 shall apply.

It takes approximately fourteen (14) working days to process a withdrawal upon receipt of notice.

   
 

Feedback

11.

Queensfield welcome your feedback anytime and should you have any issue of concern, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and act to resolve areas of concerns either immediately or within fourteen (14) working days , depending on the complexity of the each case. Students may email to feedback@queensfield.edu.sg for any feedback on our website.

Alternatively, customers may refer their complaints to the BusinessTrust Secretariat if they are not satisfied with the resolution of the complaint. Complaints can be referred to

Handling of Student Grievances

12.

Step 1: Student lodges Feedback at the school counter. Student advised to fill up the Student Feedback Form or Front Counter staff can fill it up on behalf of student.

Step 2: Form to reach Manager within 1 working day. Manager will acknowledge receipt of feedback by next working day.

Step 3: Manager will investigate and revert to student within 14 working days. Should the feedback unable to be resolved by the school, student would be advised to approach CASETRUST for external mediation.
