Application Procedures

* Please use Queensfield International Business School Pte Ltd application form if you are applying for Bachelor degree programs. Payment will then be made to "Queensfield International Business School Pte Ltd".

 
1. Initial Application
a. Certified True Copy
• Birth Certificate with Passport Size Photos
• Parents and Applicant’s Marriage/Divorce Cert (if any)
• All qualifications to be translated in English
• All Educational Transcripts to be translated in English
• Documentary Proof of financial ability in the form of Bank statements/fixed deposit accounts/savings accounts
• For China Students: Bank Statement with RMB 160,000 or equivalent in deposit for 6 months
• Parents and siblings Identity Certificates
• Parents and applicant’s Occupation and Monthly Income
• Letter of employment should state date of commencement, designation and salary per month or business registration certificate (instant printout) if parents are self-employed
   
b. Proof
• Photostatted Copy of Passport
• Study Plan to be translated in English, signed by applicant and dated
• Educational Background: Primary Till Highest Qualifications [ICA Form V36(C)]
• Employment History-IMM Form Section [V36 (D)]
• Duly Completed Application form of Queensfield Business School
• ICA Application Form 16 and V36 duly completed and 4 passport size photos
• Local Sponsor’s IC (Photocopy), School can acts as local sponsor if no local sponsor is available

Please use A4 size paper for photocopy
All ‘certified true copy’ needs to be fully photocopied front and back.

2. School Application
After receiving all the above documents, Queensfield Business School will prepare the Standard Student Contract, Letter of Offer and a Visa Application form to send to the student.

3. Application for Student Pass
Applicants who require a passport has to have the passport ready as soon as he/she can and fax a copy to the school. Once the school received the Visa application form and the above required documents, the school will submit to the authorities for approval. Processing time is about 6-8 weeks. Once approval of student pass is given, applicant has to made a local sponsorship fees payment of S$800 to “Queensfield Business School”

(Should Queensfield Business School acts as the local sponsor), student pass issuance fees of S$60 and the VISA Fees S$20.If student apply for courses other than degree course, student would need to pay for the security deposit as stated below:

4. Upon Enrollment
Applicant can start making arrangement to come to Singapore only after receiving letter of approval of Student Pass Application from the school. Applicants must report to the school at least 1 week in advance before course commencement date to made payment for course fees and to go Immigration and Checkpoints Authority to collect a student pass.
