Queensfield’s students are taught by an outstanding faculty, 85 percent of whom hold a Bachelor and Master, PhD, or the terminal degree in their field. Our lecturers are from institutions such as University of London, the University of Western Sydney, the National University of Singapore, Columbia Southern University at State of Alabama, and Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) University School of logistics. Graduate Diplomas are awarded by International Professional Managers Association, London UK.

We have a pool of over 15 full time and part time academic staffs to guide our students to excel in their course of study. As for our facilities, we have 8 class rooms/computer rooms spanning across Midlink Plaza and The Bencoolen campus with a total capacity of over 500 students. Our 2 campuses are located right in the heart of the city near Bugis Junction, which is easily accessible via Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) or buses.

We have a transparent fee structure and all the fees component are made known to the students at the point of registration. We also ensure that students’ information are kept private and confidential at all times. Students who have queries on our fees structure are welcomed to contact our friendly program consultants.

We welcome all feedback from our students and every feedback will be acknowledged within 2 working days and we ensure that actions are taken within 14 working days. The redress policy will be highlighted in our student handbook and during our orientation program as well.
